WORKSHOPS

We do not refund workshop purchases for any reason. Account credit will be issued if you cancel your sign up more than 24 hours before the workshop start time.  You will be charged in full (no account credit issued) if you cancel your sign up less than 24 hours before the class start time.

 

ALL OTHER CLASSES

If you sign up for any other class and cancel 3 hours or less prior to the start of that class, you are subject to a cancellation/no-show fee equal to one class. VID Members are subject to a cancellation/no-show fee equal to the current class drop-in rate.
