Missed Class Policy: If a student is going to be absent, the parent/legal guardian must notify the studio at least 3 hours before class, or the student's account will not be credited for a makeup class. Tuition Payments are final/non-refundable/non-transferable. If a student misses a class, he/she can makeup the class in another class of the same or different style and same age level or one age level below or above during the session he/she is enrolled in. There are no refunds anytime the studio is forced to close for an act of nature. In the event this happens, dancers can make-up the canceled class in another class of the same or different style and same age level or on age level below or above during the session he/she is enrolled in. Credits due to missed classes, or acts of nature do not roll over to the next session. Parents/students are responsible for keeping track of their missed classes and makeup classes.
