We do not refund or issue credit for winter showcase fees or rehearsal fees for any reason.
Cancellation Policy:
9AM CLASSES
If you sign up for a 9am class and cancel 12 hours or less prior to the start of that class, you are subject to a cancellation/no-show fee equal to one class. VID Members are subject to a cancellation/no-show fee equal to the current class drop-in rate.
Also, please note that you must sign up for 9am classes by 7pm the night before, or the class will be subject to cancellation.
ALL OTHER CLASSES
If you sign up for any other class and cancel 3 hours or less prior to the start of that class, you are subject to a cancellation/no-show fee equal to one class. VID Members are subject to a cancellation/no-show fee equal to the current class drop-in rate.
