jazz technique

Learn the fundamentals of jazz. Focus on proper technique and alignment. This class will help strengthen your turns, jumps, kicks, and flexibility. Jazz shoes or ballet shoes required.


contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. footwear: dance shoes, dance paws, or bare feet.

includes intervals of high-energy follow along dance and full body toning while using light free weights. no choreography! DanceOut Sculpt is the ultimate class to get that long lean dancer body. sneakers or jazz sneakers required.

ballet (technique 101)

learn the fundamentals of classical ballet. focus on proper technique and alignment, while developing grace and poise. this class will help strengthen your turns, jumps, and flexibility. ballet shoes, jazz shoes, or lyrical shoes required. No sneakers, no socks, no bare feet please!

Barre + Mat Pilates Flow

Sculpts, chisels, and defines muscles using low-impact yet intense exercises. Barre socks, socks, or ballet shoes required. No bare feet. All levels welcome.
